Trilateral South-South Cooperation in WASH: The trajectory of a shared learning journey

This document discusses the Trilateral South-South Cooperation (CSST) between the Ibas Fund, the Government of Angola and UNICEF, supported by the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC). Implemented in the area of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), the initiative is focused on Condominium Sewerage, Waste Management and Public Health systems in the peri-urban municipality of Viana, Luanda, Angola.

Through the financial support of the IBAS Fund, this CSST seeks innovation and change in Angola's sanitation sector. The Government of Angola and UNICEF jointly implement the initiative in partnership with four government institutions in Brazil: the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC), the National Health Foundation (Funasa) of the Ministry of Health, the State Secretariat of Cities of Ceará and the State Water and Sewage Company of Ceará (Cagece).
